Refund policy

We do not accept returns on merchandise unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. Our average production timeline is 2 - 4+ business days.

Pregnant Chicken does not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Domestic shipments generally arrive at their desired location within 2-8 business days of the ship date, depending on the shipping method you select. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Pregnant Chicken has no control over shipping carrier delays. Pregnant Chicken cannot replace an order or refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier's possession.
